We are looking for a Branch Manager at Thiruvananthapuram

Job Description

1. Previous security industry experience is a must for this position.
2..Maintain direct & indirect relationships with Law enforcement , regulatory agencies & government agencies.
3.Maintain inventory of all the assets of the company.
4.Responsible for making requisite recoveries.
5.Control of various company vehicles in terms of service / repairs / documentation.
6.Capable of carrying out investigations and recording it on paper.
7.Assist peer managers in understanding & responding to security audit failures reported by internal & external audit departments of the clients.
8.Ability to relate to business requirements.
9.Ability to lead & motivate cross functional , interdisciplinary teams to achieve company goals.
10.Customer service skills.
11.Occasional travelling inside Kerala will be required.
12.Should be able to deliver results under pressure.
13.Working Knowledge of MS Office & Power Point Presentations.
14.Should be conversant with Private Security Agency Regulation Act , 2005 (PSARA) & the process of obtaining the said license in various states.
15. Monitor the expenditure of imprest money with various appointments & have checks & balances for the same.
16. Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
